Nick began his career in biotech research after pursuing degrees in biochemistry and cellular, molecular and developmental biology. He worked at Immunex and Fred Hutchinson before eventually transitioning to the technology space in 2007.

Nick’s expertise in research and work in the Software-as-a-Service field, led him to become a director with the technology business management company, Apptio. While there, he enabled CIOs to better understand how their technology costs and vendor decisions translated to business value. Nick enjoys collaborating with his clients to ensure they achieve the best solution for their business.

In his spare time, Nick enjoys a great variety of activities. Nick was both mentor and board member for Community for Youth, a local nonprofit whose mission is to provide mentorship to troubled Seattle high school children. He also enjoys all things fitness, which enables him to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of a long day.
